摘 要:目的 探索将模拟教学应用到麻醉生理学的教学方法 .方法 通过临床病例参数提取,以此为基础设计模拟人参数,采用高级生理驱动模拟人,设置呼吸循环系统参数,主讲、助教、教辅人员以及学生教学密切配合,把麻醉病例内容在模拟人身上显示,让学生从模拟人体征、监护仪参数以及电脑显示器感知患者的生理参数及变化,完成相应的实践教学.结果 经过精心准备,完成麻醉病例模拟教学,逐步探索出麻醉生理学实践教学新方法 .学生参与度高,兴趣浓厚.结论 麻醉生理学与呼吸、循环系统关系密切的章节可以通过模拟教学完成实践课教学,要实现更多系统的模拟还需要更深入的设计和拓展.Objective To explore the applications of simulated teaching method in anesthesia physiology.Methods Parameters was extracted and purified from clinical anesthesia cases,and applied to the simulator which is an advanced physical driven simulator.The respiratory system and circulatory system parameters are reappeared.The lecturer,teaching assistant and students cooperated closely.The students observed drugs administration and tracheal intubation,and recorded the signs and monitoring parameters in the simulator and computer monitoring data of the simulator as the patients’.And also they were perception and affected by the change of physiological parameters.Results By carefully prepared,anesthesia cases was completed simulated teaching,a new methods of anesthesia physiology teaching practice was explored step by step.Conclusion The chapters are related to respiratory and circulatory system closely of anesthesia physiology can be completed through simulation teaching.To realize more systematic simulation and expansion,more indepth design and courseware editing are needed.
