摘 要:利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析斜叶黄檀心材精油的化学成分,共鉴定出38个化合物,占挥发油总量的73.53%,其中榄香素为主要成分,含量为50.58%。采用硅胶柱色谱技术结合核磁共振波谱技术完成榄香素的分离提纯及结构鉴定。分离榄香素后的精油再经GC-MS分析共鉴定出55个化合物,占挥发油总量的66.54%。The chemical constituents of essential oil from the heartwood of Dalbergia pinnata were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of 38 compounds were identified, accounting for 73.53 % of the total volatile oil. Among them, elemicin was the main component with a content of 50.58 %. Elemicin was isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and identified further by the NMR spectra. A total of 55 compounds, accounting for 66.54 % of the volatile oil of Dalbergia pinnata by further GC-MS analysis after isolation of elemicin were identified.
