摘  要:妊娠期糖尿病(gestationaldiabetesmellitus,GDM)是指孕妇在怀孕前无高血糖表现,随着妊娠周数的增长和妊娠过程的发展,出现高血糖表现。目前随着生活水平的逐渐提高,GDM的发病率呈逐年增长趋势,严重危害孕妇和胎儿的健康,但GDM的致病机制仍未完全阐明,可以肯定的是胰岛素抵抗在GDM发病中起关键作用。目前GDM动物模型的建立多是结合糖尿病模型建立方法来进行建立的,建立合适的GDM模型是研究GDM发病机理的基础。如今建立GDM模型最常用的方法是注射STZ进行造模实验。本文从STZ剂量,高脂饮食,造模方法,成模标准几个方面上进行概述。Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) refers to the absence of hyperglycemia in pregnant women before pregnancy. With the increase of gestational weeks and the development of pregnancy, hyperglycemia appears. At present, with the gradual improvement of living standards, the incidence of GDM is increasing year by year, which seriously harms the health of pregnant women and fetuses, but the pathogenic mechanism of GDM has not been fully elucidated. It is certain that insulin resistance plays a key role in the pathogenesis of GDM. At present, the establishment of GDM animal models is mostly combined with the establishment of a diabetes model. The establishment of a suitable GDM model is the basis for studying the pathogenesis of GDM. Nowadays, the most commonly used method for establishing GDM models is injection of STZ for modeling experiments. This article summarizes the aspects of STZ dosage, high-fat diet, modeling methods, and modeling standards.
