摘  要:虚拟仿真实验作为一门新兴的实验教学手段正迅速崛起,为医学教育改革提供了新思路和新方法。文章首先分析了国内外虚拟仿真技术的应用现状,剖析了虚拟仿真实验在医学教育中的价值。随后,从设计思路、项目特点等对山西医科大学开发的基于ESP虚拟病人气胸开放性虚拟实验项目进行了详细介绍和分析,最后探讨了虚拟仿真实验技术在医学教学中的必要性及应用前景。文章表明,虚拟仿真实验不仅提升了教学效果、增强了学生积极性,而且有助于学生b2b模式的构建,在一定程度上推进了实验教学改革。Virtual simulation experiment,as a novel experimental teaching method,is rising rapidly,which provides a new idea and method for medical education reformation.Firstly,the development of virtual simulation technology in domestic and abroad is analyzed.Besides,the applications of virtual simulation experiment in medical education were described.Then,the ESP-Oriented Experimental Teaching of Virtual Patients’Preclinical Integration of Pneumothorax was introduced in detail including its design and project characteristics.Finally,the advantages and application prospect of virtual simulation experiment technology in medical teaching were explored.This article shows that the virtual simulation experiment can not only improve the teaching effects,enhance the students'learning enthusiasm,but also help the construction of a beneficial B2B model,as well as promote the experimental teaching reformation to a certain extent.
