摘  要:对应用化学专业教学实验进行改革,采用相关科研项目的内容,作为设置以课题研究形式的实验内容。使用特选的离子液体作为催化剂制备生物柴油,采用微波合成仪进行合成反应。实验教学方法采用引导学生按照正交试验法的要求,自行自主地制定实验方案,按照科研项目课题研究的基本形式分组进行实验、各个小组汇总实验数据,总结实验规律。教学实践的效果表明,实验改革有利于增强学生实践科研素质,是课题研究为先导的实验形式的有益探索,具有一定的推广应用价值。The teaching experiment of applied chemistry specialty is reformed, and the contents of related scientific research items are adopted as the experimental content in the form of subject research. Biodiesel was prepared by using selected ionic liquids as catalyst, and microwave synthesizer was used for the synthesis of biodiesel. The experimental teaching method adopts the guidance students to make the experimental scheme independently according to the requirements of the orthogonal test method, and carries on the experiment according to the basic form of the scientific research project research. Each group collect the experimental data and summarizes the experimental law. The effect of teaching practice shows that the experimental reform is beneficial to enhance the quality of students’ practical scientific research, is a beneficial exploration of the experimental form guided by the subject research, and has certain popularization and application value.
