摘 要:近年来,随着高校化学实验室安全事故频发,针对民办高校起步晚、管理制度不健全、安全设施不完善等特点,为寻求一种更加科学、系统的分析方法对其化学实验室风险进行预测和评价,进而提出切实可行的安全保护措施。本文以茅台学院为例,采用HAZOP分析方法对化学实验过程进行危险与可操作性分析,并在此基础上提出了民办高校化学实验室风险控制措施,有效预防化学实验过程中的事故发生。结果表明,HAZOP分析方法即科学又系统地分析出化学实验过程的风险,为提高民办高校化学实验室安全管理水平提供参考依据。In recent years, with the frequent occurrence of chemical laboratory safety accidents in Colleges and universities, aiming at the characteristics of private colleges and universities, such as late start, imperfect management system, imperfect safety facilities, etc., in search of a more scientific and systematic analysis method to predict and evaluate the risk of the chemical laboratory, and then put forward practical safety protection measures. Taking Moutai Institute as an example, this paper uses HAZOP analysis method to analyze the risk and operability of every chemical experiment process, and on this foundation, puts forward the risk control measures of chemical laboratory in private colleges and universities to effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents in the process of chemical experiment. The results show that HAZOP analysis is a scientific and systematic method to analyze the risk of chemical experiment process, which provides a reference for improving the safety management level of chemical laboratory in private colleges and universities.
