摘 要:甲状腺乳头状癌是最常见的甲状腺癌,恶性程度较低,部分患者可出现淋巴结或远处转移,预后不佳。甲状腺乳头状癌的侵袭转移能力可能与膜型基质金属蛋白酶-1(MT1-MMP)密切相关。在甲状腺乳头状癌等多种恶性肿瘤的浸润及转移过程中,MT1-MMP可发挥分解细胞外基质以及活化MMPs等作用,对疾病进展起到促进作用。对MT1-MMP抑制剂的研究是甲状腺乳头状癌靶向治疗药物的研究方向之一,目前针对MT1-MMP的不同作用已经研发出多种类型的靶向药物,对甲状腺乳头状癌的治疗具有重要意义。Papillary thyroid cancer is the most common thyroid cancer with low malignancy.Some patients may have lymph node or distant metastasis,and poor prognosis.The invasion and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma may be closely related to membrane matrix metalloproteinase-1(MT1-MMP).In the process of invasion and metastasis of thyroid papillary carcinoma and other malignant tumors,MT1-MMP can play a role in decomposing extracellular matrix and activating MMPs,which can promote the progress of the disease.The study of MT1-MMP inhibitors is one of the research directions of targeted therapeutic drugs for thyroid papillary carcinoma.At present,aiming at the different functions of MT1-MMP,many types of targeted drugs have been developed,which is of great significance for the treatment of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
