摘  要:神经母细胞瘤(NB)是婴幼儿常见的外周神经系统恶性实体肿瘤,其临床表现复杂,恶性程度高,有自然消退的趋势。NB的诊断主要依据影像学检查和实验室检查,其中影像学检查受病灶大小、位置影响难以早期发现,而实验室检查特别是儿茶酚胺代谢产物的检测已成为NB早期诊断的重要方法之一。近年来随着人们对NB研究的不断深入,其诊疗已经进入分子生物学时代,从分子水平揭示NB的起源、发生、发展已成为当前的研究热点。未来,应促进人们对NB在实验诊断学中作用的认识,从而提高临床诊断水平。Neuroblastoma(NB)is a common malignant solid tumor of the peripheral nervous system in infant.Its clinical manifestations are complex,with high degree of malignancy and a tendency of natural regression.The diagnosis of NB is mainly based on imaging examination and laboratory examination.The imaging examination is difficult to realize early detection due to lesion size and location,and laboratory examination,especially the detection of catecholamine metabolites,has become one of the important methods for early diagnosis of NB.With the deepening of NB research in recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of NB has entered the era of molecular biology,and revealing the origin,occurrence and development of NB from the molecular level has become a hot field.In the future,we should promote people’s understanding of the role of NB in experimental diagnostics,so as to improve the level of the clinical diagnosis.
