摘 要:目的:观察枸杞多糖对D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老的影响。方法:将50只1月龄昆明种雌性小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、枸杞多糖低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除空白组外其余各组均每日注射D-半乳糖造成亚急性衰老模型,给药组同时给予不同剂量的枸杞多糖。6周后检测小鼠皮肤组织中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性和脂褐质(LF)含量。结果:枸杞多糖可增强衰老模型小鼠皮肤组织T-AOC活性(P<0.05),降低LF含量(P<0.05)。结论:枸杞多糖可通过提高衰老皮肤抗氧化物酶活性,降低氧化产物含量,从而达到延缓衰老的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on D-galactose induced aging in mice.Methods 50 health Kunming and female mice were randomly divided into 5 groups-blank group,model group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.In addition to the blank group,daily giving subcutaneous injection of D-galactose into the neck at other groups to establish subacute senile model.At the same time,each experimental group were coated for different dose Lycium barbarum polysaccharide.After 6 weeks the activities of total ant-ioxidation capability(T-AOC)and the content of lipofuscin(LF)in the skin in all groups were tested.Results Lycium barbarum polysaccharide could remarkably enhance the activities of T-AOC(P<0.05)and decrease the content of LF in the Skin tissue of senile mice(P<0.05).Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharide can protect against aging skin through increasing antioxidant enzyme activity and decreasing oxidative product content.
