摘 要:为了实现冰箱压缩机在较宽的输入电压范围内正常运行,以C2000系列微控制器为核心,设计了带有直流母线电压调节环节的永磁无刷电机无位置传感器驱动系统。电压调节环节的Boost电路采用电压与电流双闭环控制方式,在输入电压波动时能有效稳定直流母线电压,满足电机驱动的电压需求;电机驱动部分设计了转子角度观测器,实现了永磁无刷电机的无位置传感器高性能矢量控制;驱动系统的升压电路与电机驱动电路由同一颗MCU的不同核心分别解耦控制,简化了系统结构,降低了系统成本。试验结果表明,设计的驱动系统在90 V^300 V输入电压范围内均可实现压缩机正常启动和运行,实现了高精度的无位置传感器控制,有效提高了冰箱压缩机在电压波动情况下的运行性能。To operate a refrigerator compressor over a wide range of input voltage,a position sensor-less drive system with DC bus voltage regulation was designed on the basis of C2000 series MCU.The boost converter circuit in the voltage regulation link adopted double closed-loop control of voltage and current to maintain steady DC bus voltage in case of input voltage fluctuation and satisfy the voltage demand of motor drive.A rotor angle observer was designed for the motor drive to achieve high-performance vector control with no position sensor for the permanent magnet brushless motor.The booster circuit of the drive system and the motor drive circuit were decoupled separately by different cores of the same MCU,thus simplifying system structure and reducing the cost.The experiment results showed that in the 90 V^300 V input voltage range,the drive system could realize normal start and operation of the com-pressor and achieve high-precision position sensor-less control,thus greatly improving operational performance of the refrigerator compression in case of voltage fluctuation.
