摘　　要：应时代召唤,计算机辅助翻译(CAT)课程成为翻译教学中一门重要课程,CAT实验室建设迫在眉睫。以CAT实验室建设实际经验为基础,围绕建设要点、建设原则、建设目标、技术指标、验收评估等重要观测点,运用定性研究方法,对新时代CAT实验室建设进行深入探讨,旨在推动CAT实验室建设及时有效、科学合理、与时俱进,使CAT实验室在翻译技术教学、翻译实践及翻译研究等方面发挥更大作用。Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) technology is playing more and more important role in translation and interpreting domains in the new era when the construction of CAT labs has to be taken into consideration.Therefore,the thorough research is conducted on the basis of personal experience of the whole constructing process to drive the action into timeliness and effectiveness,scientificity and reasonability,synchronicity and expansibility in the application of qualitative research methods and from the perspective of key points,principles,targets,technical indicators,check and evaluations of the construction and to make the established CAT labs more beneficial to the teaching,practicing and researching in the CAT fields.
