摘　　要：针对新时代高职学生的思想行为特点,以学习兴趣弱化现象为切口,剖析其产生的原因以及标志性的思想行为特征,并给出以仪式感强化学生思想、以沉浸感打造学生思想行为新趋向的建议,通过宿舍最后2平方阵地的节点管理,真正实现以提升学生兴趣为核心,培养信念过硬、政治过硬、责任过硬、能力过硬、作风过硬的社会主义接班人,实现习近平总书记所提出"人人皆可成才、人人尽展其才"的职业发展目标。In the light of the characteristics of thoughts and behaviors of the higher vocational students in the new era,this paper takes the decreasing of the learning interest as a focus,analyzes the causes of its emergence and the characteristic thoughts and behaviors,and points out the solutions,such as strengthening the sense of ceremony and building students’'thoughts and behaviors with the sense of immersion,and the node management of dormitory which is the last 2 square meters field,so as to promote students’interests,cultivate the socialist successors with firm beliefs,correct political faith,high responsibilities,excellent abilities and good virtue,and finally achieved the goal that"everyone can become a talented person,and everyone can make full use of his talents"said by President Xi Jinping.
