摘　　要：教学策略对教学质量的影响非常直接和深远,要想构建高校课堂,促进学生的个性化成长和发展,老师必须要注重教学策略的合理筛选,根据学生的学习能力和学习条件来实现学生身体素质的综合提升。在信息时代背景之下,大学体育教学策略及内容产生了极大的变化,老师需要结合前期的教育教学目标,站在学生的角度思考和分析问题,充分体现高校体育教学的核心作用及优势,实现学生等良性成长和发展。teaching strategies have a very direct and far-reaching impact on teaching quality.In order to build a college classroom and promote the personalized growth and development of students,teachers must pay attention to the reasonable selection of teaching strategies,according to students'learning ability and learning conditions to achieve the comprehensive improvement of students'physical quality.Under the background of the information age,college physical education teaching strategies and contents have undergone great changes.Teachers need to consider and analyze problems from the perspective of students in combination with the educational and teaching objectives in the early stage,fully reflect the core role and advantages of college physical education teaching,and realize the benign growth and development of students.
