摘  要:绝缘油中溶解气体的检测分析是发现和诊断充油电气设备内部故障最有效的手段之一,而油中含气量变化则可反映电气设备的密封性能。传统的绝缘油中溶解气体组分和含气量分析的气相色谱法存在检测周期较长、人工操作环节多、重复性差及劳动强度大等问题。文中介绍了一种基于动态顶空脱气原理的全自动便携式绝缘油色谱分析装置,该装置通过模块化设计,运用快速自动顶空脱气技术和多功能气路流程,使其具备绝缘油中溶解气体组分及含气量分析、设备故障瓦斯气体分析等一体化功能,并可实现现场充油电气设备带电采样快速分析、现场连续在线监测、实验室常规分析等多种分析模式。实验结果表明,装置的检测准确度高、重复性和再现性好,具有较高的应用价值。The dissolved gases analysis is one of the most effective methods to detect and diagnose internal fault of oil-filled electric equipment,and the gas content can reflect the sealing performance of electrical equipment.The traditional gas chromatography method has a number of weaknesses such as a long testing cycle,extensive manual operation,bad repetitiveness and heavy labour.This paper develops an automatic portable chromatographic analysis device for insulating oil based on dynamic head space degassing principle.The device is designed based on the modular idea,and uses dynamic head space degassing technology and multifunction gas control system.It is equipped with functions of characteristic gases and gas content analysis in insulating oil and gas analysis,which can be used for rapid on-site sampling analysis,continuous analysis by direct connection to on-site equipment,laboratory routine analysis.The experiment results indicate that the device has good application value because of the high measurement accuracy,good repeatability and reproducibility.
