摘 要:目的:观察氮掺杂纳米二氧化钛(纳米N-TiO2)用于口腔科可摘局部义齿树脂基托消毒的效果评价。方法:选取技工室制作完成的可摘局部义齿60件,随机分为实验组(使用纳米N-TiO2进行消毒,30件)和对照组(使用2%戊二醛进行消毒,30件),分别在消毒前、后采样,并进行细菌培养与计数。结果:消毒前实验组与对照组义齿表面的细菌菌落数为分别为620±50(CFU/cm^2)、694±80(CFU/cm^2);消毒后两组细菌菌落数分别为3±1(CFU/cm^2)、33±4(CFU/cm^2),两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可摘局部义齿戴入前表面存在污染;使用纳米N-TiO2对义齿进行消毒,能有效降低细菌数量。Objective:To observe the evaluation of the effect of nitrogen-doped nano-titanium dioxide(N-TiO2)on the disinfection of removable partial denture resin base in dental department.Methods:A total of 60 dentures were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(30 dentures were disinfected with nano N-TiO2)and control group(30 dentures were disinfected with 2%glutaraldehyde).Samples were collected before and after disinfection,and bacterial culture and counting were conducted.Results:The number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the denture in the experimental group and the control group before disinfection was 620±50(CFU/cm^2)and 694±80(CFU/cm^2)respectively,the number of bacterial colonies in the two groups after disinfection was 3±1(CFU/cm^2)and 33±4(CFU/cm^2),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is pollution on the surface of the removable partial denture before it is worn.The use of nano-N-TiO2 to disinfect the denture can effectively reduce the number of bacteria.
