摘 要:目的:比较两种全酸蚀树脂粘接剂对正常牙本质与玻璃陶瓷的粘接效果,为临床粘接剂的选择提供依据。方法:40颗完整无龋的人磨牙,制备成大小4mm×4mm×5mm的正常牙本质块40个。随机编号分成2组,分别使用全酸蚀粘接剂Variolink N、U.link与玻璃陶瓷粘接。每组随机取10个粘接试件,通过万能试验机检测剪切强度,并在体式显微镜下观察破坏模式,每组剩余的10个试件经氨化硝酸银染色后于场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)下观察并做能谱分析比较粘接界面纳米渗漏情况。用独立样本t检验分析剪切强度和纳米微渗漏情况,用Fisher精确检验分析断裂模式。结果:Variolink N组的剪切强度[(14.45±2.35)MPa]显著高于U.link组[(6.39±1.43)MPa](P<0.05);两组断裂模式差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间的纳米微渗漏百分比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:U.link的粘接强度低于Variolink N,U.link的界面封闭效果与Variolink N相似。Objective:To study the bonding effect of two total-etching resin adhesives on normal dentin and glass ceramic,and to provide a basis for the clinical application of adhesives.Methods:Forty intact human molars were selected and each tooth was prepared into a normal dentin block with a size of 4mm×4mm×5mm.The dentin blocks were randomly numbered and divided into two groups and bonded to glass ceramic with the total-etching adhesive Variolink N and total-etching adhesive U.link respectively.10 adhesive specimens were randomly taken from each group for immediate shear test to compare the shear strength at the fracture of the bonding interface.The remaining 10 bonded specimens in each group were stained with ammoniated silver nitrate and then subjected to field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)for observation and energy spectrum analysis,to compare the extent of nanoleakage on the bonding interface.Shear strength and nanoleakage were analyzed by independent sample t-test,and the fracture mode was analyzed by Fisher's exact test.Results:The shear strength of the Variolink N group[(14.45±2.35)MPa]was significantly higher than that of the U.link group[(6.39±1.43)MPa](P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the fracture patterns between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of nanoleakage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The bonding strength of U.link is lower than that of Variolink N.The interface sealing effect of U.link is similar to that of Variolink N.
