摘 要:刀口直角尺用于校准平面坐标类光学仪器的坐标轴垂直度,是最常用的几何量计量器具之一,但是由于缺乏相应校准规范,影响了刀口直角尺的量值准确统一。应用封闭原则,对校准用仪器误差进行分离处理,实现刀口直角尺的高准确度测量。该方法测量流程合理,测量点明确,计算公式简单,通过测量不确定度评定和实验验证,证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。解决了刀口直角尺的量值溯源问题,为影像式几何仪器的校准提供了一种精确的方法。The knife-edge vertical angle gauge is used to calibrate the perpendicularity of two-dimension optical geometric instruments,which is one of the most commonly used geometric measure instruments.Because there is no corresponding calibration specification,the measurement value of the knife-edge vertical angle gauge is not accurate and unified.The closure principle is used to separate the error of calibration instrument,and the high accuracy measurement of the knife-edge vertical angle gauge is realized.The measurement programs is reasonable,the measurement points are clear,the calculation formula is simple,and the correctness and feasibility of the method are proved by the evaluation of measurement uncertainty and experimental verification.It solves the metrological traceability problem of the knife-edge vertical angle gauge,and provides an accurate method for the calibration of image geometric instruments.
