摘  要:以西藏地区5个青稞品种为试验材料,研究了不同浓度Na2CO3胁迫对青稞种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并且对不同青稞品种耐盐性作出评价分析。试验结果表明:在0.1%低浓度下,藏青2000种子萌发受到抑制,而对其他青稞种子萌发及幼苗生长有一定的促进作用;当浓度增至0.2%时,促进苟芝紫青稞、藏青320及喜拉22的种子萌发,而隆子黑青稞、藏青2000及喜拉22的幼苗生长开始受到抑制;当浓度≥0.5%时,青稞种子萌发率及活力明显下降,幼苗生长受到严重抑制。总体来看,藏青320耐盐性较强,其次是苟芝紫青稞、喜拉22、藏青2000,而隆子黑青稞耐盐性较差。Taking 5 highland barley varieties in Tibet as experimental materials,the effects of different Na2CO3 concentrations on seed germination and seedling growth of highland barley cultivars were studied,and the salt tolerances of different highland barley varieties were evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that the seed germination of Zangqing 2000 was inhibited at 0.1%concentration,and the seed germination and seedling growth of other highland barley were promoted to some extent.When the concentration increased to 0.2%,the seed germination of Gouzhi Purple Highland,Zangqing 320 and Xila 22 were promoted,while the seedling growth of Longzi Black Highland,Zangqing 2000 and Xila 22 were inhibited.When the concentration was more than 0.5%,the germination rate and vigor of hhighless barley seeds were obviously decreased,and the growth of seedlings was seriously inhibited.Overall,among the 5 highland barley varieties,Zangqing 320 had the best salt tolerance,followed by Gouzhi purple highland barley,Xila 22,Zangqing 2000,and Longzi black highland barley had the lowest salt tolerance.
