摘 要:目的探究环氧化酶2(COX-2)、细胞黏附分子CD146及醌氧化还原酶1(NQO1)在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法选择80例确诊为卵巢癌的患者设置为卵巢癌组,将同期接受治疗的80例卵巢良性病变患者设为良性组,将100例进行体格检查的健康个体设置为对照组。使用免疫组化法分别检测3组个体卵巢组织中COX-2、CD146及NQO1表达阳性率,并分析其与患者年龄、瘤体大小、是否出现淋巴转移、组织学类型、组织学分级、FIGO分期的相关性,并探究上述因子对卵巢癌诊断的准确性。结果(1)对比发现,卵巢癌组织中COX-2、CD146及NQO1表达阳性率高于卵巢良性病变组织(P<0.05),良性病变COX-2、CD146及NQO1表达阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)相关性分析发现,COX-2、CD146及NQO1表达阳性率与卵巢癌组织学分级、FIGO分期存在相关性(P<0.05),与患者年龄、瘤体大小、是否淋巴结转移及组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。(3)COX-2、CD146及NQO1对卵巢癌诊断的准确性分别为87.50%、81.25%和78.75%,而三者联合对卵巢癌诊断的准确性高达91.25%,高于任一单独检测指标。结论COX-2、CD146及NQO1与卵巢癌的组织学分级和FIGO分期存在一定关联,其表达水平可作为卵巢癌诊断及预后分析的指标。Objective To investigate the role of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2),cell adhesion molecule CD146 and quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1)in the development of ovarian cancer.Methods 80 patients with ovarian cancer diagnosed were enrolled in the ovarian cancer group.80 patients with benign ovarian lesions who were treated in the same period were enrolled in the benign group.100 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital were set as the control group.The positive rates of COX-2,CD146 and NQO1 expression in the ovarian tissues of the 3 groups were detected by immunohistochemistry.The above factors were analyzed in ovarian cancer tissues.Correlation with patient age,tumor size,lymphatic metastasis,histological type,histological grade,FIGO stage,and the diagnostic accuracy of the above factors for ovarian cancer.Results(1)The positive rate of COX-2,CD146 and NQO1 expression in ovarian cancer tissues was higher than that in ovarian benign lesions(P<0.05).The positive rate of COX-2,CD146 and NQO1 expression in benign lesions was higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05).(2)Correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of COX-2,CD146 and NQO1 expression was correlated with histological grade and FIGO stage of ovarian cancer(P<0.05),with age,tumor size,Whether lymph node metastasis and histological type were unrelated(P>0.05).(3)the diagnostic accuracy of COX-2,CD146 and NQO1 for ovarian cancer were 87.50%,81.25%and 78.75%,and combined with three factors to detect ovary the diagnostic accuracy of cancer was as high as 91.25%,which was higher than any single detection method.Conclusion COX-2,CD146 and NQO1 are associated with the histological grade and FIGO stage of ovarian cancer.The detection of these factors can be used as an indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
