吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究及糖类抗原125变化情况

摘　　要：目的观察非小细胞肺癌患者接受吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗对糖类抗原125的影响。方法以80例非小细胞肺癌患者为对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组接受多西他赛联合顺铂,研究组给予吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果及糖类抗原125变化情况。结果两组患者化疗前糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原水平不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组总缓解率60%显著高于对照组(40%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.6452,P<0.05)。化疗后糖类抗原125水平研究组(98.48±15.21)低于对照组(110.28±16.74),组间数据对比差异明显(t=3.2996,P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率依次为7.5%、22.5%,组间数据对比差异明显(χ^2=3.5294,P<0.05)。研究组癌胚抗原水平为(6.52±0.76)ng/ml,对照组为(8.14±1.04)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=2.6845,P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌实施吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗效果明显,具有推广应用的价值。Objective To observe the effect of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin on carbohydrate antigen 125 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the study group(n=40 cases)and the control group(n=40 cases).Results There was no significant difference in the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 and carcinoembryonic antigen between the 2 groups before chemotherapy(P>0.05).After treatment,the total remission rate of 60%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 40% of the control group(χ^2=3.6452,P<0.05).The level of carbohydrate antigen 125 in the study group(98.48±15.21)was lower than that of the control group(110.28±16.74).There were significant differences between the 2 groups(t=3.2996,P<0.05);2 the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 7.5%and 22.5%respectively,and the difference between the 2 groups was significant(χ^2=3.5294,P<0.05).The carcinoembryonic antigen score of the study group was(6.52±0.76)ng/ml,and that of the control group was(8.14±1.04)ng/ml.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.6845,P<0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with nedaplatin is effective in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.It can effectively improve the level of carbohydrate antigen in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and has the value of popularization and application.
