摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺浸润癌剪切波弹性成像与临床病理、免疫组化特征相关性。方法选取97例乳腺浸润癌患者,术前给予患者常规超声检查和SWE检查,详细记录弹性平均值。术后记录患者临床病理和免疫组化特征,并且分析其与弹性的相关性。结果按照单因素分析结果显示,组织学分级、肿瘤大小、临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移、ki67、ER和C-erbB-2与肿瘤硬度存在相关性(P<0.05);按照多因素分析结果显示,组织学分级、肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结转移、ki67与肿瘤硬度存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌硬度和临床病理特点存在较大关联性,乳腺癌生物学特性会对硬度改变程度产生影响。其次,乳腺癌发生发展是多种因素所致结果,因此分子生物学和形态学表现存在较大差异性,具有多种影响因素。Objective To explore the correlation analysis of shear wave elastography of invasive breast carcinoma with clinicopathological and immunocytochemistry characteristics.Methods 97 patients receiving treatment for invasive breast carcinoma were randomly selected,routine ultrasound and SWE examination were performed before operation,then the elastic mean value was recorded in detail.The clinicopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of patients were recorded after operation,and the correlation between that and the average elasticity was analyzed.Results Tissue analysis,tumor size,clinical stages,axillary lymph node metastasis,ki67,ER and C-erbB-2 were correlated with tumor hardness according to the results of single factor analysis(P<0.05);Tissue analysis,tumor size,axillary lymph node metastasis and ki67 were correlated with tumor hardness according to the results of multivariate analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion Hardness of invasive breast ductal carcinoma is highly correlated with clinicopathological characteristics,biological characteristics of breast cancer will affect the degree of hardness change.The occurrence and development of breast cancer are result of multiple migration factors,therefore,molecular biology and morphology have great differences with a variety of influencing factors.There is a preliminary correlation analysis of shear wave elastography of invasive breast carcinoma with clinicopathological and immunocytochemistry characteristics in this study,and needs to be further analyzed by other scholars.
