高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测对宫颈癌筛查的价值探究

摘　　要：目的探讨高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测对宫颈癌筛查的价值。方法选取80例宫颈癌患者为A组,同时期的80例宫颈癌前病变为B组,80例宫颈炎患者为C组。采用导流杂交技术法及HCⅡ法检测三组的高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量,比较三组的检测结果,并比较观察组中不同分期与病理分级者的检测结果,采用Pearson相关性分析高危型HPV亚型与宫颈癌分期与病理分级的相关性。结果A组的高危型HPV亚型HPV16、HPV18及其他亚型感染率分别为52.50%、25.00%及21.25%,均高于B组及C组,B组则高于C组,三组的病毒载量构成比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中不同分期与病理分级者的检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Pearson相关性分析显示,高危型HPV亚型与宫颈癌分期与病理分级呈正相关(γ=0.872,0.693,0.773,0.672,0.712,0.902,P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测对宫颈癌筛查的价值较高,对宫颈癌分期及病理分级也有一定的参考意义。Objective To investigate the detection value of high-risk HPV subtypes and viral load in the screening of cervical cancer.Methods 80 patients with cervical cancer were selected as group A,80 patients with cervical precancerous lesions in the same period were group B,and 80 patients with cervicitis were group C.Diversion hybridization method and HC Ⅱ method were used to detect the high-risk HPV subtypes and viral load of the three groups,and the test results of the three groups were compared.Correlation between high-risk HPV subtypes and cervical cancer stage and pathological grade.Results The infection rates of high-risk HPV subtypes HPV16,HPV18,and other subtypes in group A were 52.50%,25.00%,and 21.25%,respectively,which were higher than those of group B and group C.Group B was higher than group C,and the viral load of the three groups The comparison of the quantity composition showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comparison of detection results between different stages and pathological grades in the observation group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that high-risk HPV subtypes There was a positive correlation between type and cervical cancer stage and pathological grade(γ=0.872,0.693,0.773,0.672,0.712,0.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of high-risk HPV subtypes and viral load is of high value for cervical cancer screening,and has certain reference significance for cervical cancer staging and pathological grading.
