自凝刀射频锥形消融巨块型宫颈癌的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨自凝刀射频锥形消融巨块型宫颈癌的价值。方法选择宫颈癌患者120例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组60例与对照组60例。对照组给予腹式广泛子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上在术前给予自凝刀射频锥形消融治疗,记录与随访2组预后。结果术后1个月观察组的总有效率为98.3%,显著高于对照组的88.3%(P<0.05)。2组主要并发症为恶心、呕吐、血红蛋白下降与组织水肿,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后的FSH与LH值在组内与组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月,观察组的情感职能、精神健康、生理功能、一般健康状况等生活质量评分都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自凝刀射频锥形消融巨块型宫颈癌能提高治疗效果与生活质量,且不会影响机体的内分泌功能,也不会增加并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the values of self-condensing knife radiofrequency cone ablation for massive cervical cancer.Methods 120 patients with cervical cancer were selected and were divided into the 60 patients in the observation group and 60 patients in the control group accordding to the order of admission.The control group were given wide-scale abdominal hysterectomy+pelvic lymph node dissection,the observation group were given self-condensing knife radiofrequency on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the prognosis of the 2 groups were recorded and followed up.Results The postoperative 1 month of total effective rates of the observation group were 98.3%,which were significantly higher than that of the control group(88.3%)(P<0.05).The main complications of the 2 groups were nausea,vomiting,hemoglobin decrease and tissue edema,and there was no significant difference compared between the 2 groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH and LH between the 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 6 months of followed-up,the quality of life,mental health,physiological function,general health status and other quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-condensing scalpel radiofrequency cone ablation of massive cervical cancer can improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life without affecting the endocrine function of the body,and will not increase the incidence of complications.
