树脂嵌体间接粘结修复对根管治疗牙美观效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究树脂嵌体间接粘结修复对根管治疗牙美观效果的影响。方法回顾性分析临夏回族自治州中医医院行树脂嵌体间接粘结修复(观察组)及树脂直接修复(对照组)行根管治疗的磨牙残冠患者各64例(64颗)。比较两组治疗1年后、2年后临床效果及患者满意度情况的差异。结果治疗1年后,两组修复体完整性、修复体边缘密合性、继发龋和牙龈健康状况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组食物嵌塞情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2年后,两组修复体完整性比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组修复体边缘密合性、继发龋、牙龈健康状况及食物嵌塞情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1年后及治疗2年后,观察组色泽、外形、面容和心理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论树脂嵌体间接粘结修复不仅对根管治疗牙美观效果较好,且能维持良好的修复体完整性、修复体边缘密合性,继发龋、牙龈健康状况及食物嵌塞情况良好,临床效果显著。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of indirect bonding repair of resin inlay on the teeth aesthetic effects of root canal therapy. METHODS Each 64 patients(64 teeth)who were given indirect bonding repair of resin inlay(observation group)and direct resin repair(control group)in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effects and patient satisfaction were compared between these two groups after 1 year and 2 years of treatment. RESULTS After 1 year of treatment, there were no significant differences in the integrity of prosthesis, marginal adaptation of prosthesis, secondary caries and gingival health status(P>0.05). The food impaction in observation group was better than control group(P<0.05). After 2 years of treatment, there was no significant difference in the integrity of prosthesis between these two groups(P>0.05). The marginal adaptation of prosthesis, secondary caries, gingival health status and food impaction in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05). After 1 year of treatment and 2 years after treatment, the color, shape, face and psychological satisfaction in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Indirect bonding repair of resin inlay not only had good teeth aesthetic effects of root canal therapy, and could maintain good integrity of prosthesis, marginal adaptation of prosthesis, secondary caries, gingival health status and food impaction, and it had significant clinical effects.
