摘 要:目的观察臭氧对大鼠角膜碱烧伤后的氧化应激损伤的抑制效应。方法使用NaOH建立大鼠角膜碱烧伤模型,30只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、低浓度(2 mg/L)臭氧处理组,中浓度(3 mg/L)臭氧处理组,高浓度(4 mg/L)臭氧处理组,每组6只。ELISA法测定角膜组织中SOD的活性和MDA含量。结果与低、高浓度组相比,中等浓度的臭氧可有效降低角膜溶解面积、减轻角膜混浊度、抑制角膜新生血管面积,并降低角膜MDA的生成(P<0.05),增加SOD的生成(P<0.05)。结论臭氧能有效改善大鼠角膜碱烧伤后的氧化应激反应,其中3 mg/L的臭氧是较为合适的剂量范围。Objective To study ozone’s effect on alleviating oxidative stress injury of cornea after alkali burn in rats. Methods Rats corneal alkali burning models were made by 1 mol/L NaOH solution. Thirty female SD rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=6):blank control group,model group,low ozone concentration treatment group(2 mg/L),middle ozone concentration treatment group(3 mg/L),and high ozone concentration treatment group(4 mg/L). The activity of SOD and MDA content in corneal tissue were measured by ELISA.Results Compared with the low concentration group and the high concentration group,medium ozone concentration group showed a significant reduction in corneal dissolving area,corneal turbidity and corneal neovascularization area. In addition,it also reduced the corneal MDA production(P<0.05) and increased the SOD production(P <0.05). Conclusion The experimental results show that ozone solution has therapeutic effect on corneal burn in rats. Among them,moderate ozone concentration has the best therapeutic effect on corneal burns in rats.
