摘  要:为了探究锚拉板式索梁锚固结构在设计时结构参数的选取对结构最大应力的影响,以某斜拉桥锚拉板式索梁锚固结构为例,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立节段的空间板单元模型,并基于足尺模型的静载试验验证有限元分析合理性,通过MATLAB建立尺寸参数与控制点应力的数学模型,并基于Sobol全局敏感性分析方法,分析各类尺寸参数对结构最大应力的敏感性。试验与有限元数据对比表明两者的传力途径基本一致,说明有限元分析合理,最大应力一般出现在锚管与锚拉板连接焊缝处或者圆弧倒角处,灵敏度分析得到锚拉板的厚度、锚管半径和焊缝长度对结构最大应力的敏感性较大。基于以上结论通过改进的EGO算法对结构进行了尺寸优化,与原结构相比优化后构件的控制应力、焊缝处局部平均应力、应力集中系数均明显下降,这对于相关结构参数的研究具有重要意义。To investigate effects of structural parameters on the maximum stress of anchor cable structures,an anchor plate cable girder anchorage structure of a cable-stayed bridge was taken an example.Based on a static load test of the full-scale model,rationality of the numerical simulation was verified by the establishment of a three-dimensional plate element model of the structure by the general finite element(FE)software ABAQUS.Then variation of the stress of the structural control point was studied through changing structural size.On the foundation of the establishment of the mathematical model of size parameters and control point stress of the structure by MATLAB,sensitivity of various size parameters to the maximum stress was analysed via the Sobol global sensitivity analysis method.Comparison between the result of the test and FE simulation showed that their load path was basically coincident,which proved rationality of the FE method.The maximum stress occurred at the attachment weld between the anchor pipe and the anchor plate or in the arc chamfer.Thickness of the anchor plate,radius of the anchor pipe and length of the weld are sensitive to the maximum stress of the structure from the result of sensitivity analysis of parameters.Meanwhile,the size of the structure is optimized by the improved EGO algorithm.Compared with the original structure,the control stress of the optimized component is decreased by 25.3%,the local average stress in the weld decreased by 15.5%,the stress concentration coefficient of the weld decreased by 14.7%.It is of great significance to study of relevant structural parameters.
