灵龟八法按时开穴为主针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析对慢性浅表性胃炎患者行以灵龟八法按时开穴为主针灸治疗的临床效果。方法:从2016年5月-2018年4月择取90例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,将其随机分成两组,对照组45例患者行以常规辨证取穴针灸治疗,研究组45例患者行以灵龟八法按时开穴为主针灸治疗,对照分析两组近期临床疗效、近期胃镜疗效以及治疗前后症状积分。结果:从近期临床疗效上来看,研究组总有效率为97.78%(44/45),对照组总有效率为75.56%(34/45),研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;从近期胃镜疗效来看,研究组总有效率为93.33%(42/45),对照组总有效率为66.67%(30/45),研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组症状积分对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组症状积分均下降,研究组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对慢性浅表性胃炎患者行以灵龟八法按时开穴为主针灸治疗的临床效果显著,可以提高近期临床疗效,还可以提高近期胃镜疗效,使临床症状得到改善,临床价值显著。Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of acupuncture of Linggui Bafa(灵龟八法)on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:From May 2016 to April 2018,90 cases were divided into 2 groups,45 cases in each.The control group was given conventional acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation.The study group was given acupuncture of Linggui Bafa.Results:The total efficiency was 97.78%(44/45)in the study group,higher than 75.56%(34/45)in the control group,P﹤0.05.Short-term gastroscopy effect:The total efficiency in the study group was 93.33%(42/45),higher than 66.67%(30/45)in the control group,P﹤0.05.After treatment,the symptom scores in both groups were decreased,those in the study group was lower than the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture of Linggui Bafa on chronic superficial gastritis shows good effects,can improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
