摘 要:伴随着我国经济社会的高速发展和城镇化进程的不断加速,建筑业也实现了持续快速发展,建设项目规模不断扩大,但目前建筑业资源能耗巨大,生产方式落后、交易模式单一、人员技能欠缺等问题较为突出。促进建筑业持续健康发展,推动产业结构升级,是当前亟待解决的问题。为实现建筑现代化、建筑智能化、创新管理模式、打造绿色建筑就必须培育适应新时期建设行业的创新人才,这就需要高职教育以专业群为建设基础,利用“BIM”技术构建“宽基础、精技能、融交叉”课程体系。With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction industry has also achieved sustainable and rapid development,and the scale of construction project is expanding constantly.However,the present resource consumption of the construction industry is huge,the production mode is backward,the trading mode is single,and the personnel lack skills.To promote the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry and promote the upgrading of the industrial structure is an urgent problem to be solved.In order to realize building modernization,building intelligence,innovative management mode and green building,it is necessary to cultivate innovative talent suitable for the construction industry in the new era,which requires higher vocational education to build the curriculum system of"broad foundation,fine skills and integration"by means of BIM technology,which is built on the basis of professional groups.
