谈提高档案管理软件检索效率的措施

摘　　要：随着体系细分程度的不断深化,产生的数据规模也在不断的扩大,不断增加的数据量使得传统的人工操作管理已经完全不能满足现有需要,想要对不同特征的数据进行科学的分类,并让检索者能够根据相应的关键词高效准确地对数据进行查找是一个非常现实的问题。通过作者的实际的工作经验,对档案数据库的建立、检索信息的确定、提高档案信息录入人员素质等几个方面提出提高档案管理软件检索效率的方法。With the deepening of system segmentation degree,the produced data scale has been expanded,and the increasing amount of data makes the traditional manual operation management completely unable to meet the needs.It is a realistic problem to classify the data with different characteristics scientifically,and let searchers find the data effectively and accurately according to the corresponding keywords.Through the author's practical working experience,this paper puts forward some methods to improve the retrieval efficiency of the archives management software from the following aspects:the establishment of the archives database,the determination of the retrieval information,and the improvement of the quality of the information keyboarder.
