牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者咬合重建修复效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨对游离端牙列缺损伴有余留牙重度磨耗患者进行咬合重建的临床效果。【方法】选择游离端牙列缺损并伴有余留牙重度磨耗的患者共19例,采用余留牙全冠修复,游离端可摘局部义齿修复进行咬合重建修复,修复后3、6和12个月复查,通过测定咀嚼效率、对患者进行主观评价,观察其临床治疗效果。【结果】患者修复3、6和12个月后,患者咀嚼效率较修复前显著提高(P<0.05);修复后患者对面部外形、咀嚼功能、舒适度和颞下颌关节症状满意度均显著高于修复前(P<0.05)。【结论】对游离端牙列缺损伴余留牙重度牙齿磨耗的患者进行咬合重建,可有效恢复患者咀嚼功能,改善美观,不失为一种有效治疗手段。【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of occlusal rehabilitation in patients with free-end dentition defect and severely worn dentition.【Methods】A total of 19 patients with free-end dentition defect and severely worn dentition were enrolled in the study,and rehabilitated with fixed-removal restoration.Before the treatment and at the 3、6 and 12 months of follow-up,the chewing efficiency and subjective feelings of the patients were recorded and analyzed.The clinical efficacy was observed.【Results】The mastication efficiency and subjective feelings of the patients were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with facial appearance,masticatory function,degree of comfort and temporomandibular symptoms after repair was significantly higher than that before repair(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The chewing function and aesthetic appearance are improved.Fixed-removal restoration is an effective method for the repair of partially edentulous patients with severely worn dentition.
