企校协同视域下地方高校信息技术类专业教学改革研究

摘　　要：“新工科”时代地方高校承担着培养大批满足企业和地方发展需要的应用技术型人才的重任。然而当前地方高校内部由于存在课程改革进度缓慢,师资培养不到位,教学实验、实训设备更新换代滞后,学生工程素养培养的缺失等问题,导致地方高校人才培养与企业需求相脱节。文章针对信息技术类专业从课程设计、培养体系、师资培养、教学服务和企校合作平台建设等方面提出对应改革,立足于企校协同新视域,提升地方高校自身整体竞争力。In the"new engineering"era,local colleges and universities bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating a large number of applied technical talents that meet the needs of enterprises and local development.However,due to the slow progress of curriculum reform,insufficient training of teachers,the lagging of teaching experiments and practical training equipment,and the lack of students'engineering literacy training among local universities,the local universities'talent training is disconnected from the needs of enterprises.This paper proposes corresponding reforms for information technology majors from the aspects of curriculum design,training system,teacher training,teaching services,and enterprise-school cooperation platform construction.Based on the new perspective of enterprise-school collaboration,the overall competitiveness of local universities is improved.
