摘  要:针对弧面分度凸轮机构建模及运动学进行研究,通过共轭曲面法并借助齐次坐标变换法建立圆柱滚子弧面分度凸轮不可展直纹工作轮廓曲面方程统一模型,推导了共轭接触方程求取共轭接触角,VC设计软件采集了分度期工作轮廓曲面数据点后,导入Creo中完成从点到线到面,再实体化建立了弧面分度凸轮三维模型,通过ADAMS运动学仿真分析了机构运动角速度和角加速度曲线震荡的影响及其产生原因,为机构建模优化和后续加工凸轮调整提供理论指导和帮助。Modeling and kinematics of globoidal indexing cam mechanism are studied.The universal formula of the undeveloped ruled surface of the globoidal indexing cam with cylindrical roller is constructed based on the theoretical analysis of conjugate surface theory and transformation method of homogeneous coordinate.Conjugate contact angle is calculated after the conjugate contact formula is derived.Data collection system of the working surface of the indexing period is developed by VC software development.The 3D model of the globoidal indexing cam is constructed from the collected points to lines,then the surfaces and the solids in Creo.Cause and effect analysis of vibration of the angular velocity and angular acceleration curves are studied by kinematics simulation with ADAMS.This can be used to guide and help the optimization of modeling and adjustment of cam machining in theory.
