摘　　要：数控加工是现代制造企业生产过程的重要组成部分,数控加工水平的高低是衡量一个企业核心竞争力的主要标准。分布式数控系统(DNC)是连接机床设备与上层管理软件的桥梁,分析机床传递数控程序和机床利用率存在的问题以及产生的原因,并通过DNC系统实施以及与PDM、MES系统集成,实现底层控制层、分厂执行层、企业数据层的数据、业务通道的连通,从而打造统一的生产管理平台,通过信息化的手段来提升工厂生产制造水平和核心竞争力。Numerical control machining is an important part of the production process in modern manufacturing enterprises.The level of numerical control processing is a primary standard for evaluation of the core competence of an enterprise.Distributed numerical control(DNC)system is a bridge connecting machine tools with upper-level management software.By explaining the NC program of machine tool transfer and the problems of machine tool utilization rate.And implement through DNC system and integrated with PDM and MES systems,the connection of data and business channel of the underlying control layer,branch executive layer,the date of enterprise data layerand the service channelis realized.A unified production management platform has been built to improve the manufacturing level and core competitiveness of the factory by information based means.
