摘　　要：目的为解决医疗数据共享中的隐私保护问题,提出一种适合于医疗数据共享的隐私保护模型.方法运用区块链技术和云存储技术,研究基于区块链的医疗数据共享存储模型,解决医疗数据共享安全性问题.结果该模型利用区块链技术可维护和控制对医疗数据的访问控制策略,并使用云服务对加密的医疗记录进行分布式存储.结论该模型可实现医疗数据防篡改和分布式存储的要求,保证对医疗数据权限控制,实现区域医疗数据的安全共享使用.Objective Propose a suitable model to protect the privacy in medical data sharing.Methods Combining block chain technology and cloud storage technology,a research on medical data sharing storage model based on block chain is conducted to ensure the safety of data sharing.Results This model uses blockchain technology to maintain and control medical data access control strategies,and uses cloud services to conduct distributed storage of encrypted medical records.Conclusion The analysis shows that this model can meet the requirements of tamper-proof and distributed storage of medical data,ensure the permission control of medical data,and realize the safe sharing and use of regional medical data.
