摘　　要：针对病理医生的需求数量缺口巨大,基层医院病理科医生的数量尤其少,病理诊断水平高低不等的问题,建立了可行的远程病理会诊平台。该平台采用前端与后端相互独立的架构,用户通过 Internet Explorer浏览器来访问远程病理会诊平台,适应了基层医院疑难病理会诊、冰冻快速会诊的需求,协助基层医生做出正确方案选择,提升基层医疗机构医疗服务能力,减轻患者经济负担,在一定程度上缓解了群众就医难的问题。Combined with the curre nt situation of huge gap in the dema nd for pathologists,especially in the primary hospitals,and the uneven quality level of pathological diagnosis,a feasible remote pathology consultation platform has been established.The system uses the independent front-end and back-end architecture,and users access the remote pathology consultation platform through Internet Explorer browser,which meets the needs of complicated pathological consultations and frozen consultations in primary hospitals and assists the doctors to make correct choices.It improves the service capacity of primary hospitals,reduces the financial burden on patients,and to a certain extent alleviates the difficulty of medical treatment.
