摘　　要：目的研发日间手术管理信息系统,实现提高工作效率和医疗质量.方法构建包括床位预约、入院评估、手术宣教、手术过程管理、信息高效查询、出院评估、术后随访等全流程工作体系,并与医院现有的信息系统对接.结果通过开发的系统,实现整个日间手术的数字化管理,为广大日间手术患者提供方便、快捷、合理的日间手术服务.结论日间手术信息化管理优化了工作流程,提高了医疗效率,创新了医疗模式,对日间患者安全和临床管理工作起到促进作用,也将促进我国日间手术的发展.Objective Develop a day surgery management information system in order to improve efficiency and quality of care.Methods Establish a full-process work system including bed reservation,admission evaluation,surgical mission,surgical process management,efficient information query,discharge assessment,postoperative follow-up,and interconnect with the existing information systems of the hospital.Results Through those systems,digital management of day surgery is realized,providing convenient,fast and reasonable day surgery services for the patients.Conclusion The information management of day surgery has optimized the work flow,improved the medical efficiency,and innovated the medical mode.It has promoted the safety and clinical management of day patients and will promote the development of day surgery in China.
