摘　　要：从医院运用静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)风险评估与预警系统,加强VTE防治工作的做法与流程等方面,介绍了该系统的功能、质量管理流程、配套措施及取得的效果与体会.阐述了该系统在降低住院患者VTE发生率,减轻医疗负担,进一步保证患者医疗质量方面的应用效果,以期为完善VTE防治管理体系的构建提供帮助和工作参考.This paper introduces the function of VTE risk assessment and early warning system,the establishment of quality management process,the establishment of supporting measures,and the effect and experience of VTE information system.It can reduce the incidence of VTE in inpatients,reduce the burden of medical treatment,and further ensure the medical quality of patients,so as to provide reference for improving the construction of VTE prevention and control management system.
