摘　　要：介绍口腔细菌培养工作中如何积极应对潜在的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染的风险。实验室在疫情防控的第一时间,将临床口腔患者标本的细菌培养模式,从传统的以培养箱为单位,创新性地分划为以小型培养罐(培养盒)为单位的小格模式。实现了细菌培养鉴定过程中,有可能产生标本接触和气溶胶风险的每一个步骤,都在生物安全柜中进行。小型培养罐(培养盒)为单位的小格模式在细菌培养鉴定过程中能够很好地控制潜在的感染风险,保证实验室的生物安全。To actively respond to the risk of potential the SARS-CoV-2 infections in oral bacterial culture.In the first time of the epidemic prevention and control,a bacterial culture unit of the traditional incubator clinical for specimens was divided into mall cell mode with small culture tanks(culture boxes).In the process of bacterial culture identification,every step that may cause the risk of specimen contact and microbial aerosol is carried out in a biological safety cabinet.The potential infection risk can be controlled and the laboratory’s biological safety can be guaranteed.
