摘  要:目的:研究酸蚀与喷砂2种表面处理方式对聚醚酮酮(PEKK)与饰面树脂粘接强度的影响。方法:将46个聚醚酮酮试件随机分为4组(n=10)分别进行喷砂(AS)、浓硫酸酸蚀(BS)、喷砂+浓硫酸酸蚀(CS)和未处理对照(SS)处理(n=10),并以钴铬合金(DS)与纯钛作为金属材料对照组(n=10)。6个PEKK试件分别处理后扫描电子显微镜观察表面形态,所有试件与饰面树脂粘接后在37℃蒸馏水浸泡24 h,测量剪切粘接强度后统计分析,体视显微镜检查样品断裂界面,统计粘接断裂类型。结果:BS组和CS组表面呈均匀海绵状粗糙。BS组和CS组粘接强度大于AS组及各对照组(P<0.05),AS组大于各对照组(P<0.05),其中BS组试件与树脂的粘接强度最高(28.99±3.37)MPa。结论:采用98%浓硫酸酸蚀表面处理使聚醚酮酮与饰面树脂获得较好的粘接性能,聚醚酮酮与饰面树脂间粘接强度优于金属组。Objective:To study the effects of sulfuric acid etching and gritblasting on bond strength of polyether-ketone-ketone(PEKK)with veneering resin.Methods:46 PEKK samples were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=10)and treated by sand blast(AS group),acid etching with concentrated sulfuric acid(BS group)and AS plus BS(CS group),the untreated samples were used as the controls(C group).The other 6 samples were respectively treated for surface morphology observation with SEM.Co-Cr and Ti samples were gritblasted as metal controls(n=10).The same veneering resin were bonded on the treated surfaces,all samples were immersed in distilled water at 37℃for 24 hours.The bond strength of the samples was measured with a universal testing machine.Data were analyzed by ANOVA and SNK-q test with SPSS software.The failure types were assessed by stereomicroscopy.Results:The bond strength of group BS and CS was higher than that of group AS and the 3 control groups(P<0.05),that of AS was higher than that of all the control groups(P<0.05).The highest shear bond strength was observed in BS group(28.99±3.37)MPa(P≤0.05).Conclusion:Stronger shear bond strength between PEKK and veneering resin can be obtained by concentrated sulfuric acid etching of PEKK surface.
