摘 要:目的:探究显微根尖外科手术中引导骨再生技术(GBR)的临床应用。方法:收集于我院行显微根尖外科手术病例32例,所有病例颊侧骨缺损区覆盖可吸收生物膜,未放置植骨材料,定期随访,通过患者主观症状、临床检查和X线检查等资料,评价显微根尖外科手术治疗效果。结果:32例病例术后1年随访,有效率达90.6%(29例),失败3例,分别因外伤、根纵折及牙周炎导致拔牙。结论:显微根尖外科手术中应用GBR时不放置植骨材料仍可取得良好预后。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of GBR in endodontic microsurgery.Methods:In 32 cases of microscopic apical surgery,the buccal bone defect of the involved teeth was covered with biofilm without bone graft material.Regular follow-up was performed to collect the data of subjective symptoms,clinical examination and X-ray examination.The effect of endodontic microsurgery was analyzed.Results:32 cases were followed up for 1 year,the effective rate was 90.6%(29 cases),and 3 cases(9.37%)were failed.The teeth were extracted due to trauma,vertical root fracture and periodontitis respectively.Conclusion:Good prognosis can be obtained without the use of bone grafting materials in the GBR during apical microsurgery.
