摘 要:目的:为了评价渗透树脂联合微研磨及冷光美白治疗氟斑牙的临床效果。方法:50例氟斑牙患者随机分为2组(每组25人):实验组采用渗透树脂联合微研磨及冷光美白的治疗方法;对照组采用微研磨和冷光美白的治疗方法。治疗效果以VITA比色板在治疗前后记录色阶的变化值和术后牙本质敏感的情况为基准,并对治疗结果进行统计分析。结果:对轻度氟斑牙2组疗效近似(P>0.05),对中度氟斑牙实验组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),对重度氟斑牙实验组治疗效果更佳(P<0.01)。另外,实验组治疗结束后所有患者仅有2例有轻微的牙本质敏感的症状,而对照组所有患者在治疗结束后均出现不同程度的牙本质敏感的症状。结论:渗透树脂联合微研磨及冷光美白治疗氟斑牙的方法微创、美观、舒适、有效,对于中重度氟斑牙有良好的应用前景。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of penetrating resin and cold light teeth whitening in bleaching for dental fluorosis.Methods:50 patients with dental fluorosis were devided into 2 groups randomly(n=25):the patients in experimental group were treated with penetrating resin technology combined with microabrasion and cold light whitening,those in control group were treated with microabrasion and cold light whitening.The change of color shade was examed by Vita shade guide,postoperative dentin sensitive was observed by clinical examination.The data were statistically analyzed.Results:The treatment effective ration of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),especially for the patients with moderate and severe dental fluorosis(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Moreover,only 2 patients had mild dentin sensitivity after treatment in experimental group,and all patients had varying degrees of dentin sensitivity in control group.Conclusion:Penetrating resin technology combined with microabrasion and cold light teeth whitening is minimally invasive,aesthetic,comfortable and effective in bleaching dental fluorosis,especially for the patients with moderate and severe dental fluorosis.
