摘　　要：目的:评估基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)在慢性牙周炎患者经过牙周基础治疗前后的非刺激性全唾液、龈沟液及血清中的表达水平。方法:纳入20名慢性牙周炎患者和20名牙周健康者,采用ELISA分别检测慢性牙周炎患者治疗前、后及健康人非刺激性全唾液、龈沟液及血清中MMP-13的水平,检测患者牙周临床指标BI、PD和CAL,并进行组间比较。结果:患者除非刺激性唾液外,患者治疗后的龈沟液和血清中MMP-13水平显著降低(P<0.05),并且MMP-13水平与健康对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。患者治疗后龈沟液中BI和PD也明显降低,并与MMP-13水平相关(P<0.05)。结论:龈沟液中MMP-13的表达水平可能成为慢性牙周炎的检测指标之一。Objective:To study the effects of periodontal initial therapy on matrix-metalloproteinases-13 level in the unstimulated whole saliva,gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)and serum of chronic periodontitis patients.Methods:20 patients with periodontitis and 20 periodontal healthy controls were included.The levels of MMP-13 in the unstimulated whole saliva,GCF and serum were measured by ELISA,clinical parameters of BI,PD and CAL were detected before and after the treatment,and compared among groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of MMP-13 in the unstimulated whole saliva,GCF and serum of patients was decreased(P<0.05),and without signifiant difference with those of healthy controls.After treatment BI and PD in CGF decreased(P<0.05),and were correlated with the MMP-13 level.Conclusion:The expression level of MMP-13 in GCF may be one of the indicators for the detection of chronic periodontitis.
