上颌侧切牙牙内陷1例

摘　　要：牙内陷为牙发育时期成釉器过度卷叠或增生深入牙乳头而引起的牙齿发育异常。多发生于上颌侧切牙。本文报道1例牙中牙并上颌骨囊肿的病例。通过根管治疗加根尖手术治疗,8个月复查患牙无明显症状,根尖低密度影像减小。Dens invaginatus is a developmental anomality which arises as a result of an invagination of enamel organ into the surface of the tooth crown before calcification has occurred.It mainly occurs in maxillary lateral incisors.This paper describes the microscopic endodontic treatment and root apex surgical treatment of dens invaginatus in a right maxillary lateral incisor.The tooth was free of clinical symptoms and the periradicular lesion was diminished at an eight months follow-up examination.
