流动人口医疗保险参保现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我国东部地区流动人口医疗保险参保现状及意愿,探究医疗保险参保行为的影响因素。方法:基于2017年东部地区流动人口动态监测数据,构建5个维度27个影响因素的指标体系,建立Multinoal LASSO-logistic评估模型对流动人口医疗保险参保影响因素进行分析。结果:模型比较Multinoal LASSO-logistic优于弹性网和岭回归,不仅能筛选出精简实用指标体系,而且能甄别影响因素的重要性和方向。结论:流动人口医保参保率的主要影响因素包括:(1)个体特征中的男性、受教育程度高、党员、城职保、家庭人口多及已婚者;(2)流动特征中的户籍性质、流动原因及回乡频繁;(3)就业特征中的住房性质、就业身份及签订合同;(4)社会融合维度中的融入的意愿、留成意愿以及健康特征中患病频率、社保卡。Objective:To understand the current status and willingness to participate in medical insurance for mobile population in the eastern region of China,and explore the influencing factors of medical insurance participation.Methods:Based on the 2017 dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in the eastern region,constructing an index system of 27 influencing factors in 5 dimensions,and establishing a Multinoal LASSO-logistic evaluation model to analyze the influencing factors of medical insurance coverage.Results:Multinoal LASSO-logistic is superior to Elastic Net and Ridge Regression.It can not only screen the streamlined and practical indicator system,but also identify the importance and direction of influencing factors.Conclusion:The main influencing factors of the migrants population including:(1)among the individual characteristics are male,high education,party members tend to urban employment insurance,family population is large,and married people in marriage state;(2)the nature of household registration,reasons for migration,frequent return to home;(3)the nature of housing in employment characteristics employment status,contracted signing;(4)integration willingness and retention willingness in the social integration dimension,as well as the frequency of illness and social insurance card in the health characteristics are the main influencing factors of medical insurance participation rate.
