摘　　要：日晒制盐有限公司采用海水卤、矿卤混合滩晒食用原料盐,产品能保留海盐的风味和丰富的微量营养元素,而且较传统海盐生产,成本低,产出效益高。该新工艺将增强产品在食盐市场竞争力。Solarization Salt Co.,Ltd.used the raw material salt of sea brine and mineral brine mixed beach for solarization.The product can retain the flavor of sea salt and rich micronutrient elements.Moreover,compared with traditional sea salt production,it has low cost and high yield per mu.The new process will enhance the competitiveness of products in the salt market.
