摘  要:食管癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,我国90%以上的食管癌为食管鳞状细胞癌,其病因和发病机制尚未明确。近年来研究表明,肿瘤微环境参与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展。肿瘤的快速生长导致肿瘤微环境缺血缺氧,而缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)作为细胞对缺氧环境适应的重要调节因子,在食管鳞状细胞癌的血管生成、增殖、侵袭、转移及放化疗敏感性等方面发挥重要作用。本文通过探讨HIF-1α对食管鳞状细胞癌发生、发展及预后的影响,评估HIF-1α在食管鳞状细胞癌治疗中的作用,为研究食管鳞状细胞癌的机制、治疗及预后提供新思路。Esophageal cancer is one of the common cancers in digestive tract,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma accounts for over 90%of esophageal cancer in China.Though lots of therapies have been adopted in the treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,its prognosis is still not good.Unfortunately,the pathogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is still not clear.Evidence indicates that tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Cancer cells grow quickly,which leads to tumor microenvironment lacking of blood and oxygen.Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)is a critical factor involved in the adaption of hypoxia,plays an important role in the angiogenesis,proliferation,migration,invasion and chemoradiotherapy sensitivity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.In this article,we aimed to summarize the role of HIF-1αin the initiation,progression and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and evaluate the role of HIF-1αin the treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,trying to provide advice for the research associated with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
