摘　　要：海绵城市绩效考核是海绵城市建设的重要工作环节,需要根据各地项目的实际情况,因地制宜地制定绩效考核办法。本文介绍了海绵城市建设绩效考核的主要指标和考核办法,并结合通州区海绵城市项目的复杂情况,从空间和时间尺度上,阐述了PPP项目“分—总”的考核模式和分阶段考核模式,为海绵城市PPP项目的绩效考核提供参考。Sponge City performance appraisal is an important part of Sponge City construction.It is necessary to formulate performance appraisal methods according to the actual situation of projects in different areas.This paper introduces the main indicators and methods of performance appraisal of Sponge City.Combining with the complex situation of Sponge City Project in Tongzhou District,it introduces the appraisal mode of“first making division and then making integration”and the phased appraisal mode of PPP project both from the space and time scale,which can provide reference for the performance appraisal of Sponge City PPP project.
