摘　　要：《联邦党人文集》作为美国新宪法修订时期的开山之作,它的政治价值在近代史上具有一定的历史进步性。“中庸”思想作为中西方文明的共同结晶,从古希腊时期起,一直对西方政治文明的发展产生潜移默化的影响。《联邦党人文集》“中庸”政治思想,虽产生于两百多年前,但至今仍具有一定的历史进步性,同时因为它是资产阶级的政治学说,因而不可避免地带有一定的阶级局限性。The Federalist papers as the beginning of the new American constitution amendment period,its political value in the recent history has a certain degree of historical progress.As the crystallization of Chinese and western civilization,“the mean”has exerted a subtle influence on the development of western political civilization since ancient Greece."The doctrine of the mean"political thought in the federalist papers,although produced more than 200 years ago,still has a certain degree of historical progress,and because it is the political doctrine of the bourgeoisie,it inevitably has certain class limitations.
