摘　　要：目的对家庭功能状态与老年抑郁症状之间的相关性进行系统评价,为老年人群家庭功能管理提供循证依据。方法计算机全面检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、Pubmed、Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library等数据库,查找2018年7月之前所有老年人群家庭功能与抑郁症状之间相关性的文献。结果通过系统检索,共得到736篇相关文献,最终纳入8篇文献。系统评价结果表明,家庭功能与抑郁症状之间存在显著相关性。结论家庭功能与抑郁症状之间显著相关。关注老年人家庭功能,鼓励家庭成员关注老年人,是未来老年护理工作的一个方向。Objective To evaluate the correlation between family functional status and depressive symptoms in the elderly and provide evidence for family functional management in the elderly.Methods A comprehensive computer search was conducted on CNKI,VYP database,Wanfang database,Pubmed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library and other databases to find the literature on the correlation between family function and depressive symptoms in all elderly people before July 2018.Results Through systematic retrieval,a total of 736 relevant literatures were obtained,and 8 literatures were finally included.The results of systematic evaluation showed that there was a significant correlation between family function and depressive symptoms.Conclusions There was a significant correlation between family functioning and depressive symptoms.Paying attention to the family function of the elderly and encouraging family members to pay attention to the elderly is a direction of the elderly care work in the future.
