摘　　要：高校图书馆腐败治理的目标,不仅仅在于廉洁,还在于“廉洁”+“能效”。针对高校图书馆可能出现的廉能风险,管理部门应结合图书馆特有的责权运行机制,从廉能治理的目标特征、廉能政治生态环境、廉能政治伦理教育等三个方面构建廉能治理体系。The goal of the fight against corruption in college libraries is not only“probity”,but also“efficiency”.Considering the special responsibility and administrative mechanism of library,this paper proposes a system for improving probity and efficiency from three aspects to prevent the possible risks of corruption:target and characteristics of probity and efficiency,the ecological environment and ethical education of“probity”+“efficiency”politics.
